    Aclarus is not a gender within itself; rather, it is a descriptor that specifies an inability to distinguish one's actual gender due to trauma. This can be any variety of trauma and any kind of trauma disorder, like religious trauma or DID. It is exclusively for survivors.

    Flag and Etymology

    "Clarus" is Latin for "clear", and the prefix a- means "without" or "lacking". combined, it means a lack of clarity.

    Although the original creator did not disclose the meanings of the flag, some inferences can be made. The pink and blue background, with the blur in between, represents the binary genders. The shattered glass effect conveys the haze trauma causes.
