Abrigender, similar to abrogender, is a gender that changes; however, unlike abrogender, the gender's feelings don't change, only the label. Someone might change their label quite often and choose to identify as abrigender, but their gender always has the same feeling.
This term is similar to labelflux, the difference being that labelflux can refer to sexuality or gender, while abrigender is explicitly about gender.
History
The term was requested and coined by FANDOM user Paiger-84 on July 15, 2021, when they asked whether there was a gender equivalent of abrisexual/abriromantic.[1]
Flag
The abrigender flag was created by FANDOM user Itz henka gacha on November 27, 2021. It was inspired by the abrogender and abrisexual flags.
