.flowgender is an umbrella term/alignment system term for xenogenders in which one's gender identity feels as if it is connected to the Yume Nikki fangame, .flow. .flowgender individuals may feel as if their gender is connected to one or more characters, an aspect of the game, or the entire game itself.
CW/TW: .flow contains gory/unsettling content some individuals may find disturbing, and some genders here are connected to the unsettling aspects of the game. This also contains spoilers for the game. Please read at your own risk.
Sabigender
Sabigender is a xenogender under the .flowgender alignment system in which one's gender feels connected to the protagonist of .flow, Sabitsuki. This may be a kingender, but Sabigender-identifying individuals feel as if their gender has always been deteriorating or rusting away slowly for either any or no apparent reason.
Another variant of Sabigender can be described as when your gender has completely rusted away, and as if you have little to no gender. This gender is connected to another playable character of .flow, Rust, Sabitsuki's other form.
Egaogender
Egaogender is a xenogender under the .flowgender alignment system in which one's gender feels connected to the primary antagonist of .flow, Smile. This may be a kingender, but Smilegender-identifying individuals may be gendercollectors/genderhoarders or have only a few other genders and want to protect their gender(s) or the way they present. For example, someone may make them present or identify femininely while they want to present or identify masculinely, due to having a masculine gender(s) but no feminine gender(s), so they may stick up for the way they want to present/identify.
Kaibugender
Kaibugender is a xenogender under the .flowgender alignment system in which one's gender feels connected to the secondary antagonists of .flow, the Kaibutsu. This may be a kingender, but Kaibugender-identifying individuals may feel as if their gender can be described as ( dude i gtg. i'll finish this and the rest of the page later ! )
