.flowgender is an umbrella term/alignment system term for xenogenders in which one's gender identity feels as if it is connected to the Yume Nikki fangame, .flow. .flowgender individuals may feel as if their gender is connected to one or more characters, an aspect of the game, or the entire game itself.

Sabigender is a xenogender under the .flowgender alignment system in which one's gender feels connected to the protagonist of .flow, Sabitsuki. This may be a kingender, but Sabigender individuals feel as if their gender has always been deteriorating or rusting away slowly for no apparent reason.
