Zombiegender is a xenogender in which one feels as though their gender is slowly being eaten away by something malovelent. Its second definition is a xenogender in which someone feels an extremely strong connection to zombies or other undead creatures, either strongly identifying with them or simply wanting to incorporate them into their gender to better understand their identity. It was made with neurodivergent people in mind, specifically autistic individuals, as well as people who may experience delusions relating to being a zombie or other undead creature, or people who experience species regression. However, anyone may identify as zombiegender.

The original definition was coined on January 27, 2018 by Percy K via coining/archive blog Uncommongenders.[1] The second definition was coined by an anonymous individual on December 11th of 2020.
