Yatọ-okunrini is a male gender for Yoruba people that doesn’t relate to a typical "male" role in Yoruba culture, or a Yoruba person who identifies as male but doesn’t wholly or at all follow/fill a typical Yoruba "male" role.
This identity is Yoruba exclusive.
