Wisterian refers to an agender or genderless individual who is attracted to non-binary individuals. This attraction can be exclusive or not.

    History

Wisterian was coined by Tumblr user Genderless-Gibberish on July 9, 2018[1]. The term comes from the flowering tree wisteria.

    Flag

The flag was designed by Tumblr user Nooonbinaryyyy on July 9, 2018[2]. The first two stripes come from the colors of the wisteria flower. The white stripe represents the absence of gender. The green comes from the agender flag.
