Weregender is a xenogender connected to werewolves or other lycanthropes, such as werebears or weretigers.
History
It was coined by Twitter user howlerbone on August 12, 2020.[1] The flag was created by the same user on the same day.
A subset of weregender, werewolfgender, was created by a now-deleted Twitter account centering around coining xenogenders with a creepy or sinister ambiance.
Flag
The weregender flag has six stripes. The first stripe represents a connection to the moon, the second stripe represents transformation and fluidity, the third stripe represents being between two worlds, the fourth stripe represents instinct and acceptance, the fifth stripe represents the hunt and finding oneself, and the last stripe represents a connection to werefolk.
