Voidmasc (full form voidmasculine, also referred to as openmasculine or queermasculine) is a nonbinary gender identity in which the gender is somewhat vaguely masculine/has a vague connection to masculinity, but the gender-bearer is unsure of what their gender identity is. ▼
▲Voidmasc
This term is similar to quoimasc, the feminine counterpart is voidfem.
History
The term voidmasc and its variants were coined by Tumblr user welcometojoelsvoid on January 2, 2019 to describe his gender identity.
==
The voidmasc flags were designed by Tumblr user welcometojoelsvoid on January 6, 2019. The flags' colors do not have an official meaning, but it is described that the blues and greys are like fading and intersecting into each other like the gender identity kind of dances along the lines of male but not quite.
Resources
▲The voidmasc flag is composed of nine horizontal stripes, the outer two being grey, then in one being lighter gray, then in one being white, the in one being greyish blue, and the middle stripe being dark blue. These colors do not have meaning, rather expressing the feeling of the gender.
