Viralgender is a xenogender. It has to do with infecting/destroying the gender binary/gender roles and reclaims the idea of transness as an illness/disease.

Flag Meaning
Pink - Feminine gender presentation as a weapon against the binary.
Yellow - Neutral gender presentation as a weapon against the binary.
Green - Poison/danger/toxicity to gender roles and the gender binary.
Blue - Masculine gender presentation as a weapon against the binary.
