Utaugender is a technogender in which someone feels their gender is connected to the program UTAUloid. It can also include UTAU songs, UTAU voicebanks, or UTAU creators. It can be considered a subcategory of audiogender.

Utaumasc is the masculine equivalent, with utaufem being the feminine version.

Demiutaugender is a subcategory of utaugender, in which the person feels only partially connected to the program.

    History and Flags

Utaugender was coined by Discord user ghxstkisser, 1st June 2021; uta created the utaugender and demiutaugender flag on the same date. The purple and whites of the utaugender flag are taken from the UTAUloid logo. Purple signifies connection to songs, music, and the software UTAU. White signifies electricity, a blank space for music to be created. Blue signifies connection to technology as a whole.
