Previously, my knowledge about the community was very little, limited to only lesbian, gay and transgender people. But when I learnt about the term non-binary, I felt an instinctual connect. I have always been something of a tomboy, and have experienced strange feelings about my gender that I have never quite been able to understand. I simultaneously feel male, female and agender.
