Uomosexual refers to an unaligned non-binary individual who is exclusively attracted to men. The name was chosen because the "uomo-" prefix means man in Italian.
The female attracted counterpart is donnasexual.

The original flag was coined by tumblr user beyond-mogai-pride-flags on August 5, 2017. It has no confirmed meaning.The simplified flag was made by an anonymous wiki user on October 14, 2020. It was created using the colors from the original flag, but was shortened to 5 stripes, rather than 13 stripes.
The alternate flag was created by fandom user Ewqweb.[1] It uses opposite hexadecimal color codes as the donnasexual flag, as man is the opposite of woman.
