Umbraic is a xenogender where it feels like a room at night. Everything is blurred, objects in shades of dark colours, hardly able to stand out in the dark of your room. you can see there's something there, but are unable to make out what it is exactly. This gender may feel obscured, dark, surrounded by shadows, and difficult to decipher.
History
Umbraic was coined by tumblr user tarosmilktea on April 19th, 2021.[1] The flag was made on the same day.

The top stripe represents slivers of light, the second stripe represents dimmed lighting, the third stripe represents the night sky, the fourth stripe represents things, people, and objects obscured by the dark, and the fifth and final stripe represents shadows and darkness.
