Transoutherine is a term used to describe a transgender individual who identifies fully or partially as outherine, aliagender, ilyagender, or other atrinary allogenders. It can be considered umbrella term for folken who transition to an outherine identity. Although transoutherine and transaporine share many traits, a significant difference between the two is that transoutherine does not include neutral genders.

Transoutherine and its flag were made by mod AP of the tumblr blog Beyond MOGAI Pride Flags on January 18, 2021.[1] An alternate flag was made by FANDOM user ElderflowerJuice on July 29, 2021.[2]
