A Transmedicalist, also known as a Transmed, is usually a transgender person, who regardless of their opinion on the dysphoria debate, want to keep trans medicalized for insurance reasons. Someone can be a transmed yet don't think gender dysphoria is a deciding factor whether someone is trans.
