Transmascfem or Transfemmasc is a person who is both transfeminine and transmasculine, as a result of being unassigned at birth, AXAB, or intersex.[1] It refers to someone who is intersex and identifies as a woman or another gender(s) with significant amounts of femininity, and identifies as a man or another gender(s) with significant amounts of masculinity. These genders may be experienced fluidly or simultaneously. One may also identity as an androgynous gender/a gender in between male and female or masculine and feminine.
