    The transgenital flag.

Transgenital or altergenital is an altersex or transsex label for someone who has changed or desires to change the genitals that they were born, not matching one's assigned sex.[1] Transgenital includes people who have had or desire to have sex reassignment surgery. It also includes altersex people use desire genitals that are not normally found in humans (xenogenital, faunagenital, etc.). Transgenital people may or may not also have or desire other changes to their sex characteristics.

Transgenital is not the same as transgender. Transgender people who don’t plan to have sex reassignment surgery would not be considered transgenital. Additionally, not all transgenital people are transgender.
