Teloaltersexual or Orionic is a term under the m-spec umbrella that is described as the attraction to those who are men or men-aligned. They may also feel some attraction to other genders, mostly women but in an alterous way. Sometimes gender presentation does not have to matter in this case. They might also feel some type of attraction to androgynous genders.

Flag
The alternative pride flag for teloaltersexual was made by Tumblr user felix-makes-flags on December 7th, 2021.[1] The first and third stripes are the colors of the first and third stripes of the mascsexual flag, the second stripe being replaced with the blue stripe from the multisexual flag. The middle fourth white stripe is inspired by both the original orionic flag, and the mascsexual flag. The lightest pink stripe is the inverse of the lightest blue stripe from the mascsexual flag. The middle and darkest pink stripe are the pink colors of the alterous and multisexual flags respectively.
