Telestaticgender/Telestaic is a gender that feels somewhat like TV static which has pop of colours every so often, sometimes feelings of a soft or fuzzy gender.
History
This term was coined by Tumblr user fluiddemivoid on 16 June 2021. The flag was created by the same user on the same day.[1]
