Straightflux (or Heteroflux) is when one feels attraction to the opposite or a dissimilar gender (heterosexual), and has that attraction fluctuate in intensity (aceflux). For example, one day they may feel asexual, while the next day they may feel greysexual. This should not be confused with heteroflexible. Heteroflexible describes when one is mainly heterosexual but sometimes experiences attraction to those of the same or a similar gender. Straightflux is a fluctuation in intensity, meaning those who fluctuate between heterosexual and asexual, not heterosexual and multisexual.
Straightflux is a subset of Monoflux and Alloflux. The romantic version of this is Straigharoflux.
