(Adjusting first sentence and some other things, its sounds slightly janky so I'm trying to make it sound smoother. Switching "you" to "they/them", its recommended to when referring to someone refer to them not as a reader but as an individual in the third person. Also plucking out "squashed" with something in replacement since it sounds highly repetitive not intending to change the definition just smoothing out the description.)

This can range from the genders all becoming one gender, the genders just touching each other, or anything in between. This can also mean if you have multiple gender identities (over 2) some or all of your genders can be squashed. Some of your genders can be more squashed than others.

The distinction between genderfocus's "blurring or melding", meaning genderfocus is more of blending genders while squashgender may feel as though multiple genders are compressed together, it also may not be important to people who identify as either term.
