Not to be confused with xenogender or xenagender

Xenigender describes when one's gender feels xenine, but they don't. They feel their gender is xenine in some way, but they themselves do not feel xenine, just their gender. They may feel disconnected from stereotypical xenogender or xenine traits, feel like their xeninity is gendered but they themselves are not gendered, or simply not feel related to xeninity outside of their gender identity.
The masculine counterpart is mascigender, the feminine counterpart is femnigender, the neutral/null counterpart is neunigender, the outhrine counterpart is ounigender, and the androgynous counterpart is angnigender.
History
The term xenigender
Flag
The outer, darker orange and lighter orange stripes on the flag represent (respectively) fully gendered xeninity and partially gendered xeninity, and the inner orange stripes represent the sense of self individuality and autonomy. The black stripes show how one's sense of gendered xeninity is separate from their sense of self. The entire meaning of the flag is that an individual has both a distinct presence of xeninity and a distinct presence of self, but the two are not connected.
