Snailgender is a term for individuals whose gender is strongly connected to snails, either aesthetically, metaphorically, or through another connection. It could also be a kingender and is a subset to buggender.
As a second definition, it can also be used as a term similar to absorgender, when one absorbs the gender of someone after they have sex or experience sexual attraction to them.
The romantic counterpart is pejagender.
