Shegender refers to someone who has not yet figured out her gender, but knows that the pronouns she wants to be referred to with are "she/her". It can work as a placeholder until another identity label has been found to better describe herself, and feels that her pronouns are significant and possibly tied to her gender identity.
In some cases, shegender is not a placeholder, but rather a term in itself as some people see their gender as nothing more than their pronouns or so closely tied to their gender identity that they cannot be separated. Shegender is a form of pronoungender, along with hegender, theygender, itgender, neopronoungender, nounselfgender and namegender.
Flag
The flag consists of orange and orangish pinks, to represent the connection with femininity many people who go by "she/her" have, while representing that not all of them are feminine or female. The quill in the middle represents the identity's connection to language.
