Sentigender is a gender of being connected to fictional childhood characters, through the lens of having childhood trauma. Sentigender individuals may feel connected to the characters because they lacked them while they where growing up, or simply want to salvage their childhood through incorporating them into their gender. This gender is exclusive to trauma survivors.
Sentigender is not intended to be a age regressive gender, but can be used as such if desired.
History and flag
The term was coined by FANDOM user CalamityCats, on January 1st, 2022. The flag was created the same day, the colors are meant to symbolize young or childish colors, somewhat related/inspired by Sanrio characters.
