Semi-dysphoric is a term which defines someone who would want to be both müllerian and wolffian at the same time. Semi-dysphoric people don't really experience dysphoria as they are okay with their current sex. This identity is hard to bear because being a biological female AND a biological male is currently impossible.
Semi-dysphoric people can have any gender as it affects their sex only.
