Part of one's gender is connected to or affected by ristretto coffees in some way. It could be a gender that is only felt when drinking ristrettos, or a gender that fluctuates or changes when drinking ristrettos. The other part of one's gender can be any gender or combination of genders.
History
The term was coined on November 22nd, 2020 by a user going by Artemis.

The ristrettogender flag was coined by Artemis on November 24th, 2020. The colors were taken from images of ristrettos.
