Queerian or QLQ (Queer Loving Queer) describes a queer person attracted to other queer people. It can be a queer person who celebrates queer love, queercentered relationship(s), and prioritizes their attraction to and relationships with other queer people.
History
The term queerian was inspired by Tumblr user wedontcareaboutyourbinary, and was coined by beyond-mogai-pride-flags on August 12th of 2018.
Flag
The term and the first queerian flag was created by arco-pluris on beyond-mogai-pride-flags on August 12, 2018.[1] It uses the chevon design of the queer flag. There is no known color meaning.
The second queerian flag was designed by duwang-flags-inc on or before June 24, 2019.[2] White represents the spectrum of identities and a shared sense of community. Pink represents love. Blue/indigo represents trust and mystique. Purple represents pride, devotion, gender identity, and expression. Red represents sexuality and passion.
