The flag was created on the 16th of October 2021 by wiki user WiiFyneLM. It was inspired by the meaning of QUASMINT. The first stripe is half lavender for queer and grey for questioning. The second stripe is pale green for unlabeled and yellow for ultric, taken from the flower on the ultric flag. The third stripe has indigo from the amplusspec flag, dark purple from the asexual flag, dark green from the aromantic flag, and dark red symbolizing the body for altersex. the fourth stripe is red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple from the gay/LGBT+ flag for same gender attraction. The fifth stripe is deep purple from the pluralian flag for m-spec. The sixth stripe is the intersex flag. The seventh stripe is deep pink for ethical non-monogamy. The eighth stripe is light blue, white, and light pink for transgender+ and black, white, red, and yellow derived from Native American medicine wheels for two-spirit.
