Puffgender is a xenogender in which someone feels a strong connection to pufferfish or similar fish, either strongly identifying with them or simply wanting to incorporate them into their gender to better understand their identity.

The puffgender flag was designed by RingDonut_ on Twitter. The blue represents the connection to the ocean and water, the yellow represents the connection to pufferfish and the white represents the non-binary spectrum.
