Prezgender is a xenogender in which one has a gender that activates, fluctuates, or changes when one recieves gifts or presents from others. However, it may also "turn on" and "turn off" when one receives a gift. For example, a prezboy may find receiving a gift to be their "trigger," and they may remain feeling like a boy until they recieve a gift once again.
