Potensexual is an orientation where someone only feels sexual attraction to those who could potentially reciprocate by the definition of their orientation.[1] For example; a potensexual pansexual woman is only attracted to another woman when she knows that she is WLW. The romantic equivalent is potenromantic.
It may be seen as the opposite of proculsexual.
Etymology
The prefix Poten- is from the word Potential, which describes the core aspect of potensexuality.
