Posigender is a neurogender in which someone's gender is defined/influenced by positive symptoms of schizophrenia[1]. Positive symptoms are symptoms non-psychotic people don't have, but psychotic people might (hallucinations, delusions, etc.).
History
Posigender was coined on or around November 12, 2014, by tumblr user cactusprincex.[2]
Flag
The Posigender flag was created on January 19, 2017 by Deviantart user Pride-Flags.[3] The reds symbolise adding life to the design, while the bottom two stripes represent normal traits while the top three represent subtracted traits.
