    The Polyorchidism flag.

Polyorchidism is an extremely rare intersex trait in which one has three or more testicles. All may be functional, however in most cases only two are or none are. There has been around 200 reports of AMAB/CTM individuals with this trait, and six reports of non-human animals with this trait. Fewer than two of these cases were individuals with more than three testicles.[1]

Infertility is reported within multiple of these cases, however most with this trait can have children with no issue in reproduction. Conditions that (may at times) partner this variation includes inguinal hernia, testicular torsion, epididymitis, hydrocele testis, and varicocele.

Often times, polyorchidism partners with cryptorchidism, as the third testicle is undescended and is not physically available from outside the body.[2]

    Flag

The polyorchidism flag was coined by Reign of the breadsticcs on May 7th of 2021. It has no confirmed meaning.[3]
