Poc poc is as a slur in Brazil originally directed at DMAB drag queens and other feminine men. “Poc” as a slang word has been banalized and nowadays means the same as gay/queer or f*g. Similarly to some of these words, Poc poc has been reclaimed by some of its original targets.
The word "poc" originates from the sounds that the high-heels used by many drag-queens make while they walk.
According to an online, informal Brazilian dictionary, poc poc means: "a crazy and scandalous homosexual [...] with no sense of modesty, shame or class. [...]" [1]
