Perioriented refers to someone whose sexual orientation and romantic orientation "match". For example, someone who is bisexual and biromantic. Most perioriented people do not specify their romantic orientation, because it is the same as their sexual orientation. Aromantic asexual (aroace) people are also considered perioriented, however there are varioriented aroaces.
The opposite of perioriented is varioriented.
