Pepgender is a Xenogender in The Creep System. It is characterised by relating heavily to rain, stormy weather and dark clouds either in the way horror media personifies weather - or the empty, longing feeling you get from watching the rain. May or may not also be used as a Kingender.
A pepgender individual may use pep/peps/pepself neopronouns.
