Pepgender is a xenogender in the Creep System. It is characterised by relating heavily to rain, stormy weather, and dark clouds either in the way horror media personifies weather, or the empty, longing feeling one gets from watching the rain. It may or may not also be used as a kingender.
It is similar to monsoonic.
