Paradoxigender is gender that has qualities that are a paradox, or seems to contradict itself. For example, feeling agender but masculine/feminine at the same time, or even feeling like a gender but not like that gender at the same time. This second definition has overlap with the term schrodigender.

History

Paradoxigender was coined on or before July 19, 2014 by unknown tumblr user, possibly via mogai-archive. The resources have since been deleted.

Flag

The flag was designed by an unknown user on or before July 19, 2014 by unknown tumblr user, possibly via mogai-archive. Paradoxigender uses pink, yellow, and blue, likely to represent feminine, non-binary, and masculine genders. A Penrose triangle is used to represent a paradox.

Alternative Paradoxigender flag description; The greyscale is the absence of gender and gender contradictions. While the rainbow represents the existence of gender and the clash of which gender feels right.
