Paradelusogender is a neurogender and subset of delusogender in which one’s gender is influenced by paranoid delusions. It is exclusive to neurodivergent people who suffer from paranoid delusions.
History
Paradelusogender was coined on May 30, 2018 by Tumblr user actuallyschizophrenic. The flag was posted at the time.
