Pantaromantic is a romantic orientation where one feels romantic attraction towards someone's aura. The aura is the main reason why one would feel romantic attraction, and they perceive the aura as the most important thing in great love.
The difference between pantaromantic and panromantic is that Panromantic means one finds the personal characteristics attractive and not the aura. Pantaromantics are not necessarily completely genderblind, but they do not settle 100% on one gender. At first another term was given for those who are gender blind (summasexual) but now Panromantic can include both. So it can mean that one is not interested in the gender at all and one is already interested in the gender, most often experiences one's preference with one or more people, but does not exclude the other gender identities even if one was previously only interested in one gender.
The sexual counterpart is pantasexual.
