Paninterpretarian is a mutogender and subset of Interpretarian. It is defined as when someone's gender is perceived differently by multiple individuals, the person identifies as all those genders. A person who is Paninterpretarian may have an interspersion of their own gender.[1]

For example: if person X is female but is perceived by person Z as male, perceived by person Y as a demigirl, and perceived by person W as agender, person X now identifies as an agender demigirl male.
