Pan-ish is the attraction to all genders, with the exception of one or more genders (although only a small amount).
For example, someone could be attracted to all genders except masculine men.
This is different from pan, omni, poly, or other m-spec identities because pan-ish individuals are attracted to most genders and presentations, just that there are a handful of gender identities that they are not attracted to.
History
The term was coined by Fandom user Artsyyy. The pink means fem-aligned, the yellow means xenic individuals, the purple represents non-binary genders, and the blue represents masc-aligned genders. The white symbol is in the :/ face, which conveys indifference.
