Pan-ish is the attraction to all genders, with the exception of one or more genders (although only a small amount).
For example, someone could be attracted to all genders except masculine men.
This is different from pan, omni, poly, or other m-spec identities because pan-ish individuals are attracted to most genders and presentations, just that there are a handful of gender identities that they are not attracted to.
History and Flag
The term was coined by Fandom user Artsyyy, September 20th, 2021, through the creation of this article and has no external sources.
The pan-ish flag was created by the same user on the same date. The pink means fem-aligned, the yellow means xenic individuals, the purple represents non-binary genders, and the blue represents masc-aligned genders. The white symbol is in the :/ face, which conveys indifference.
