Omnigender is a gender similar to polygender, but more specific in what it means. Polygender is when one has multiple genders, while omnigender specifies that it is 'most, but not all' (those who have all being pangender).
It may also mean having all genders, but treating them all as one. Or having all genders, but all of which feel as though they are different in intensity. For example, feeling 40% woman. 20% man, 30% non-binary, and 10% anonbinary/xenic all at once.
