'''Nycteseric''' is a gender in the [[Scene System]] that can be described as a desert at night. There is nothing anywhere except the darkened expanse of sweltering desert- vast in its sweltering mystery and dryly peaceful in the light of the stars- everything is still yet alive, warm yet coolly calming, and peaceful yet frantic with darkness- the immeasurable vastness of cool serenity and hot activity in the clutches of nighttime. |

Nycteseric is a gender in the Scene System that can be described as a desert at night.
Etymology
Nycteseric comes from desert and a modified version of the greek word for night (anglicized as nychta)
