Nonparental, or A-parental, is a form of attraction where one does not feel Parental Attraction towards any gender. They can still be romantically or sexually attracted to someone, but their attraction does not revolve around wanting to have or raise a child with someone.
History
The term nonparental was coined on the LGBTA Wiki by user Trashwoof on January 11th, 2021.
