    Nomon Allies or Non-Mono Allies are those who are monogamous or otherwise not polyamorous, but supports the polyamorous community. This is different from a straight ally, as some people who are gay, multisexual, trans, etc are monogamous. The reason this label is important is due to the discrimination towards non-monogamous individuals, whether from outside of the community or at times within the community.
