Nocturnalpla is a term for those who feel that their platonic attraction is stronger at night and weakens during the day or simply doesn't exist during the day. They may feel that the later it gets, the stronger their platonic attraction is, or it may strengthen an equal amount no matter the time of night.
The opposite is diurnalpla.
The sexual counterpart is nocturnalsexual, and the romantic counterpart is nocturnalromantic.
